JW31 Straight Side Single Crank Press
Straight- side | Fixed spm and Variable spm | 160 ton – 630 ton capacity
JW31 series is straight-side single point crank type press. It is developed mainly for medium and thick plate concentrated loading and pressing condition. It features of high rigidity and high precision, and is capable for various processing including blanking, stamping, bending, engraving, planishing and trimming of medium and thick plate. It is also suitable for cold forging and cold extrusion.
FEATURES：
- Steel welded body, tempering treatment or VSR(Vibratory Stress Relief), high rigidity, accuracy and stability.
- Pneumatic dual balance cylinders, which balance the slide and punch weight to reduce noise and impact.
- The crankshaft undergoes gringding treatment after high frequency quenching.
- Lengthened six-face rectangle guide with a surface of bronze plate.
- Vertical located crankshaft, compact structure.
- PLC control and imported safety duplex valve.
- Wet type combined multi discs friction clutch and brake.
- Hydraulic overload protect.
